UPDATE: it is now nearly 8pm and I haven’t had WiFi since prior to 1:30pm today. We’re nearing 7 hours of no service with NO UPDATES on when our service will be restored. This is literally SO ****** up on SO many levels!!!! @Ask_Spectrum

@b_porcaro @GetSpectrum My bill upped for the 4th time this year last month. As a 20 yr customer, I called to see what could be done. They asked what part of my package I was willing to "sacrifice". I could give my last cable box back,but that'd defeat the purpose of having cable.
